Millennium Microwave supports the objectives of the U.S. legislation on the supply of “Conflict Minerals”. We do not knowingly procure the specified metals that originate from the “Conflict Region”.
To ensure compliance with these requirements, we have asked our suppliers to take reasonable due diligence with their supply chains to assure that the specified metals are being mined and/or smelted from outside of the “Conflict Region” or if mined and/or smelted within the “Conflict Region”’ the mine and/or smelter must be certified, by an independent third party, as “Conflict Fee”.
If we discover that the use of “Non-Conflict Free” minerals have been used in any of the components that we procure, we will take appropriate actions to transition product to be “Conflict Free”.
